The North Hawaii Outcomes Project strives to provide the most current health-related data available in keeping with our mission to facilitate improvement of the health and quality of life in North Hawaii and Hawaii County by providing useful and credible community health data.

Unfortunately the North Hawaii Outcomes Project (NHOP) is closing as of 2/15/2013 because funding has become unavailable. The website will be maintained until 2/15/2014; however at this point there will not be updates.
